Food Safety Peer Assistance
Network

NACCHO has developed a Food Safety Peer Assistance Network (PAN) to provide the food safety demonstration sites and other food safety programs with technical assistance and resources from experts at a variety of levels. The PAN will also increase the networking and learning experience among interested sites. The demonstration sites will benchmark their own practices against those of their peers and adopt effective approaches to fit their needs.

Peer advisors will be listed according to specialization to help inquiring demonstration sites and other food safety programs easily connect with an advisor that will be able to address their specific questions. Areas of specialization include:

  • Education/Outreach
  • Evaluations
  • Foodborne Illness Investigations
  • Inspections
  • Program Development & Planning
  • Program Management

Food safety peer advisors participate on a voluntary basis.

To request a Food Safety PAN Advisor, complete the Advisor Request Form.
